The therapeutic use of Epsom Salt dates back to the 18th Century where it was first discovered in the bitter saline springs in Epsom in Surrey, England. Since then it has been ardently used in the fields of health, beauty and agriculture.
Though technically not a salt, in scientific parlance, Epsom Salt is known as Magnesium Sulphate. Known best for its use in bath salts, it however, can be used in multiple ways in our day to day lives.
