1) TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMELINE saltworld's products are made-to-order and handcrafted with love in its in-house units in India and hence products may reach you within 7 to 14 working days at the maximum. However, we understand you may have scheduled maternity shoots, baby showers, travel plans or family events etc. on a particular date, hence, we offer priority delivery in such cases. 3) TIMING/DAY OF DELIVERY Our courier partners will deliver your parcel on weekdays Monday to Saturday (between 7:00am - 8:00 pm). We do not deliver on bank holidays or national holidays or state specific holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day. NOTE : In exceptional circumstances, such as pandemics, extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.

4) TRACKING OF ORDER Once dispatched, will send you an order dispatch confirmation email with the tracking ID of the courier it has been sent by.

5) EXCEPTIONAL CASES reserves the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, incorrect information may lead to non-delivery of orders.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS : saltworld's products are handcrafted and made-to-order, hence cancellation of orders once order processing has started makes it challenging. Hence, cancellation of orders is permitted only before the order has been shipped by us.

EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY We stand by the quality of products we create. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will definitely make things right for you. Incase of return due to size mismatch or other reasons, the return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. In case of manufacturing defect or defect due to transportation, saltworld will bare the courier charges. Refund of money option is available only for products with manufacturing defect or damage during transportation to customer. The refund can be processed only if the product is shipped back within 48 hours and the airway

bill/Courier tracking number is provided to us. The refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the product returned upon verifying the defects/problems reported. In case of returns for size exchange or any other reason, the product should be shipped back in original condition without any damage within 48 hours, and the tracking number should be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: For your safety and for the safety of courier delivery persons, the reverse pick up of parcels is currently not active by our courier company partner at certain pin codes in which case we request the customer to send back the parcel. 1) RAISE REQUEST WITHIN 2/TWO DAYS You must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Based on eligibility, either your parcel must be shipped by you or a reverse pickup will be taking place within 7 days of receiving the request.

2) REVERSE PICKUP OR SELF-COURIER A. REVERSE PICK UP : We provide reverse pick up at select pin codes. In this case the parcel reaches back to us within 10-15 days owing to courier company policy. In case reverse pick-up is not done for any reason within 7 days of raising request (owing to courier company delay or any other reason) please email us at B. SELF-COURIER : In case reverse pick up is not valid at your pin code - you would need to courier back the parcel to us. 1)Ensure your order number, name, and phone number are clearly mentioned on the parcel 2)Ensure the parcel is shipped to us within 3 days of raising concern and tracking ID is shared with us. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. 3)To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status. In case of an approved return, amount will be refunded or store credit may be provided to you (as the case may be). In case of exchange, the exchange item will be sent out to you.

3) RETURN OPTIONS A. EXCHANGE: Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilise for purchase. NOTE : Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable. Store credit may be provided if applicable.

B. RETURNS: Following are the return/refund options the customer can chose from based on the payment method chosen by customer or what the customer prefers. Refunds will be made through Debit card / Credit card transactions / Net Banking Refunds: The money will be refunded to the source (owing to shipping and handling charges), refund will reflect back to source within 5-10 bank working days from date of saltworld receiving back parcel and quality control team approving request. NOTE : Although we work towards a Zero error policy, we take full responsibility of products received by you having a manufacturing defect.
